An Inter-school Mathematics Contest

18th-19th November 2008

Rules & Details for the Contest

The contest will be held on two days. The first day (18th November 2008) is open to students of classes XI and XII while the second day (19th November 2008) is for classes IX and X.

18th November 2008 (Classes XI and XII)

The contest will comprise of following four events:

Senior Quiz
Mathematical Relay
Surprise event
Puzzle Hut

Each school should send a team of six participants. A teacher must accompany every team.

19th November 2008 (Classes IX and X)

The contest will comprise of following four events:

Junior Quiz
Mental Maths
Surprise event
Puzzle Hut

Each school should send a team of five participants. A teacher must accompany every team.

Registration of teams for the contest on both days will be from 7:30 to 8:30 am. The competition will begin sharp at 8:30 am. Schools are requested to confirm their participation by sending the enclosed registration forms latest by 20th October 2008.
